For the 2023-24 academic year and going forward, enrollment will be done through the MESA Statewide Database as was done in the past. This is an electronic form that can be completed via the online MESA enrollment form button below. Students must also submit a signed Parent Authorization Form (PAF) in order to participate in MESA. This can be submitted online via DropboxSign (preferred), but printed forms can also be submitted if parents are unable to access DropboxSign.
Middle Schools Advisors: If you would like to have your students do the form electronically, please do so during a class or club meeting so that you will be present if they need help. You may also request paper forms or print them from the button below.
