What's next for MESA?

Spring Challenge

Schools can choose from the below projects for a Spring Challenge competition at their school site! Pacific MESA will come to your school to test your projects and award medals to the top 3 placements. The competition options are: 
  • Popsicle stick or Balsawood bridges
  • Windmills
  • Solar Ovens
  • AI Competition
  • Crime Scene Science
  • Bio Breakthrough

Summer Opportunities

Reach for the Stars STEM Academy (June 1 - June 26) 
  • Summer day-camp for students entering 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th grades
  • Students explore different ares of STEM through fun, hands-on projects and interactions
  • Students get to attend a field trip during their time at the camp
  • Students will have a graduation ceremony on June 27th 
  • Free to attend for MESA students! Please let your teachers know you are interested or reach out to Rose directly at [email protected]
