Enrollment is REQUIRED for students to participate in MESA!
For the 2026-27 academic year, enrollment forms will be paper forms as well as Parent Authorization Forms (PAFs).
If Advisors prefer to collect forms digitally, they must be done through MESA's Database. If enrollment is done via the database, make sure to send those students home with a paper Parent Authorization Form (PAF).
Students MUST submit a signed Parent Authorization Form (PAF) in order to participate in MESA.
Students will not be allowed to participate in MESA without a signed PAF on file.
*MAKE SURE YOU WRITE LEGIBLY ON THE PAPER ENROLLMENT FORM SO WE CAN READ IT!
The deadline to enroll in MESA is November 6th!
