Enrollment is REQUIRED for students to participate in MESA!
For the 2025-26 academic year and going forward, enrollment will be collected through Google Forms. Advisors will be responsible for distributing their school's enrollment link to their students (located in the Advisor Drive).
Students MUST also submit a signed Parent Authorization Form (PAF) in order to participate in MESA. Students will not be allowed to participate in MESA without a signed PAF on file.
This can be submitted online via DropboxSign (preferred), but printed forms can also be submitted if parents are unable to access DropboxSign.
Advisors: It is preferred that you have the students complete the Google Enrollment Form for your school. You can access this in our MESA Advisor Google Drive. If you do not have the link please request it from MESA Staff.
The link to the Dropbox Sign PAF will be in the enrollment form.
*MAKE SURE YOU WRITE LEGIBLY ON THE PAPER ENROLLMENT FORM SO WE CAN READ IT!
